the EK supremacy EVO blocks are pretty much new, only recently came out and also have full modern socket support.
best block on the market at the moment imo

I think 30 quid for a 50 quid block is a fair deal considering you get free shipping on it.

Does the aqua computer 7970 backplates fit a 280x with an ek block fitted?

absolutely no idea. if your 280 is ref 7990 design then i cant see why not.
i could at most drop another quid off the product. they were £30 odd when they were first released.
I have knocked a few quid off but thats the real bottom limit i can move to on that line.

Also I'm curious as the XSPC Raystorm 750 EX280 WaterCooling Kit is B grade. will it include everything what is required to watercool my system without any additions (Apart from coolant)?
EDIT: It's mainly, I would like to have all the system setup tomorrow, and the deal I got was awesome.
