United States Grand Prix 2014, Austin - Race 17/19

The engine thing is a bit daft if we see teams not bothering to do qualifying.

Why didn't the FIA do what MotoGP did when Suzuki were struggling and allow Renault teams an extra engine or two. It was clear that the engine sucked and can't challenge the Ferrari let alone the Mercedes engine.

Hell no, they can't design a decent engine that's their problem.
And the package can clearly challenge hence the only other winner being a Renault car.

Just seen Riccardio's new look :D

God I hope that's just a hastily put together mock up, and not what the 2015 regs mandate. It's so blocky and angular! Like a sloped Lego piece.

It's a new mandatory safety regulation to prevent drivers suffering friction burns from their helmet, can't be too careful this day and age.

I don't think he looks daft. At least he has a personality eh, unlike some monotone F1 drivers.

I wouldn't judge the pic though, it looked a lot better when he was in the drivers press conference.

Grosjean in the press conference

Q: I understand you’re going to have another baby. So at the end of a difficult year a nice bit of news for you and your wife.
RG: At least that worked!

:D

At least Mercedes won't be worrying about engines.

They can start from the back of every race and still be first and second without too much trouble.

So button doesn't want 3 cars per team and Lewis say yes as long that it's for the young drivers.
