** A SCARY SPOOKILY GOOD DEAL: ENDS MONDAY, DO NOT MISS OUT!! **

The 970 OC is nice card, pretty quiet and runs quite happily it's not a monster clocker though as it's designed for minimal power draw and low noise, so expect 1400-1500 core clocks and 7500-8000 ram clocks.

The air boss cards are the best for low temps and are extremely quiet, they also overclock very well, expect 1500-1600 and around 8000 on memory whilst staying quiet and very cool like sub 60c under load. :)

Just ordered. I was going for a 290X but this deal came at the right time.

I hope its a decent upgrade from my 7950 Vapor-X.

Anyone got the Inno3d 980 reference? How well do they clock?

All reference are built by NVIDIA as such all the same.

Core can range from anywhere between 1450-1650 depending on silicon lottery.
Memory can range for anywhere between 7600-8400.

A typically clock is 1525-1575 and 8000 on a reference card with voltage, stock voltage then expect 1475-1525 core.

Got to ask but is this a problem with these cards?

Looks like a Great deal thou - quite tempted here -

We've sold a few hundred now and our return rate is very low so it seems very rare or an isolated issue as return rate is lower than other brands.

Depends what you want as well, value then this is it, overclocking ability then for sure buy one of the other brands with larger coolers.

Does look tempting as I could sell my 780 for not a lot less than that 970 and then be able to turn all my rad fans down even further. Would have to source a waterblock though...

Any devilish deals coming on the 290/290X vapour x's? Another 20 and I'll be biting .

When you say "making practically no money by doing it" on the Inno3D GeForce GTX 970 OC, How much is practically none out of interest ?
