Yup, though the gap is MUCH closer today and the small gap there is now has only appeared since he got in front. So he was pushing harder in dirty air to get past him and as soon as he did I suspect he's turned the engine down a little and is likely saving engine life a little while Rosberg is pushing a bit harder.
Kimi's got new(ish) soft tires and his car is all over the place which I would think means he's got some relatively big bodywork damage and serious lack of downforce from it, maybe not as severe as Hamilton had at Spa but if a bit piece of downforce goes missing you just have no speed in corners.
You know, if it wasn't for this stupid double points at the last race, Lewis would have pretty much won the WDC today even if he only came second for the next two races.
