Any word on FOV, fps caps in MP?
tempted to get this to mess about with for a few hours.
Pef is shocking at 1600 though, settings need dialing down. Who runs these bloody high settings?

FOV max 90 and fps locked at 90 also. Last cod I played and enjoyed was 4 since then it's gone down hill to me. Was watching jackfrags stream last night and the game looks rubbish... It did look like it performs nice though.

Won't be buying then, limited to 90fps and only 90fov will do me in, most FPS games I run 100-110. No frame locks, bah

Where's this 512bit bus advantage that people keep saying the 290X has at higher res? ..
GTX 980 seems to be consistently ahead at higher resolutions. I guess people need to tell themselves something to make them good about their 290/290X cards

Weren't 290X's like £450 at launch? Don't they still sell around £275 - £300
Can't wait until AMD launch something new, Maxwell is way more efficient than the current GCN arch. Hopefully 20nm with HBM and AMD will pull ahead again, HBM should lower power consumption as well.

Some AMD are faster, some nVidia are faster. You are making it out like it's all games which is incorrect.

Wait for more benchmarks before jumping on that.. One thing I have learned is never trust a single source for information..
Infact I tend to use this forum as a more accurate results of how a game performs on AMD or nvidia before these no mark sites.
Errrr less money because the stock 290x's cost more run like jet engines and are power hungry horses?
In truth the 970/980 dominate ati in nearly all games because ati have not released anything in along time and the only thing that they are apprantly going to release in the coming 4 months is a 8gb 290x which is pointless as that is not what is bottlenecking 4k rez. (dont get me wrong it will help but more raw gpu power is what is needed not more ramming ram's)
A quick play on the SP and this is quite good fun. Graphically, I am pretty blown away and ran this with max settings and 2 x supersampling. I was getting roughly 60-80 fps.
Watch on youtube with 1080P and 60 fps for the best results (in Chrome).
