Skinny jeans and grandad trousers with orange F's

GAC - 22st and unemployed for numerous years (obv was always someone else s fault for being unemployed....).

Here you have have it, UK tax payers, a macho man getting fat on your taxes....LOLOL.

That pic was from Crew Clothing by the way in case you are wondering..
I pretty mush solely go into House Of Fraser, Crew and Joules when in town looking for clothes. Cheltenham is awash with other clothes shops but they all seem to be hipster gaylord attire I can't stand.
I am glad a few people piped up about untucked shirts too, that look I see in pubs and clubs with "lads" shirts just hanging out like a flag blowing in the wind looks RIDICULOUS.
You look a mess! You look lazy. You look like you don't care how you look, or you spend every Friday swilling the beer with your mates, you have a gut that makes a pregnant pig look slim!

I'm torn between the two approaches: For decades I've been a shirt-out dresser, but the last couple of years I've been leaning towards the tucked-in look. Unfortunately, my wife still favours the former and I bow to her wishes in such matters.

I'll admit to having similar opinions as you when it comes to shirts-out = drunk clubbers - but then I also think tucking a shirt in makes you look like your dad, or Jeremy Clarkson.

I walked into every so-called mens clothing store in Brent Cross shopping centre. For a start, half of them lied as they aren't mens clothing stores; they sell kids clothes for the current weak strain of twenty-something males who haven't had their marbles drop yet and have the waist of Kate Moss. How can a 20 year old who'd fit into a size 6 dress claim to be a man?

There's no bloody shop that sells gear for men in their thirties. I'm not fat, just fully grown. 5'11" and a 34" waist, and I've now got two choices for new casual clothing: fight to get into jeans so tight I wouldn't be able to walk properly, or dress like a WW2 veteran courtesy of Marks and Spencer.

I'll just have to keep wearing suit trousers, as they seem to be the only thing out there that isn't too young or too old...

Lol because being a man is based on the clothing size you wear and not your genitals.

you sound like a feminist, just for the male version.

That doesn't work if he is like I was.

I was 5'8" and ~8 stone for much of my late teens to my mid twenties like xdcx. It was extremely frustrating as no matter how much or what I ate I couldn't put on any weight, the harmless comments people make like "you're so skinny I can put my hand around your wrist", "you should eat more", "you need a good meal" etc. really get to you after a while. Since I've turned 30 my body/metabolism/whatever has changed and I've been able to get up to 11 stone.

28, 5'10 and 9/10ish stone (can't remember, dont bother with scales anymore) stone reporting in.

Wouldn't call them harmless comments really, been working in a 'machoish' job for 7 years now and its getting close to the point the next person who makes a comment is going to get a smack.

You'd think that people might realise that after 28 years I might have worked out how to eat a bit more, or maybe go to the gym. It simply doesn't work that way. Nevermind eh the lard ***es can still be happy with the manlet/burns comments, if only they could put down the pies and walk round the shop a bit longer then they could fit into those lovely jeans!

Don't wear skinny jeans either, or any of that trendy rubbish so its lovely to see the labelling going on.

CHECK YOUR PRIVILEGES AND PRONOUNS MALES!!! CIS SCUM

Edit: seriously this thread is ridiculous already, i cant believe OP made a statement about manhood being related to physical size, and the he goes on about whining about clothing sizes and claiming he's not fat when he has issues finding clothes.

Please delete the thread. Jesus ****.

I am 5'11" and a 34" waist, and the beauty of being this size is that it is so average. This is total off the peg middle of the road sizing, you never need to consider whether a shop is suitable as you are bang on the "medium" sizing of almost every clothes manufacturer

Similar story here, 6' and a 34" waist - I do have a slightly awkward 41" chest which puts me out of Medium for most T shirts and into a Large, Extra Large in some brands!

And as to untucked shirts.... No. Unless it's a casual slim fit shirt along with the sleeves rolled up. But otherwise it just looks scruffy like you're 15 and just finished school..

Agree, depends on the shirt.

Skinny jeans look ridiculous... or maybe it's the fact that I am jealous that a bloke has skinnier legs than me... :/ but if the guy I saw was a woman he would have been accused of being an anorexic.

Looking forward to the annual shop in January :D

It's not very nice in this thread at all, I stopped reading after the guy told me I couldn't lift weights because I am 9 stone.

I could post how many calories I eat a day, how much training I do and how much I can lift weights wise even though I am obviously a skinny lightweight girl. In my head it should shock people but in reality it will just result in **** taking, like what will happen now :p

I never said you couldn't lift weights. You said:

I workout and lift more weights than a lot of men who you'd consider men purely because their size. This whole analogy in this thread is insanity.

And I said, not at 9 stone you're not. As in, you're not outlifting people who are considered "men" unless you're talking about newbies straight off the street, and even then I would doubt your claims based on you being a long distance runner, which is the antithesis of lifting heavy.

If you think your numbers will shock people, post away.
