Is his house rented?

Hi guys,

Doing a little bit of research for a friend.

She wants to know if a ex-boyfriends house is either rented or actually his (purchased/mortgaged)

Is there any websites that can find this out? She can't ring any companies as they will ask her DPA?

Strange request I know, but appreciate any help.

Hint is the EX-girlfriend part. Surely its none of her business unless her name is on the mortgage in which case she would already know.

Do a google search on the address with the prefix rightmove or zoopla or just To Let.

If its been advertised it should come up. Or check nethouseprices.com to see if its been bought (can take 3 months to show though)
