Another thought... ditch the car and get something newer?
Seems ashame just having replaced the DMF in the last months. Some details of the car itself:
I have a Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI 130 55 Plate. Since I have purchased it, it has had numerous issues. Most recently I have had the DMF replaced a new clutch amongst a whole bunch of other items.
There is now a whistling coming from the engine, what sounds like something to do with the Turbo or the pipe leading to it?
Around 2 months ago I had all sorts of agro with the crankshaft pulley, aux belt and tensioner and even had the belt, and tensioner replaced multiple times. Ultimately it is still particularly noisy.
I also believe there is something wrong the front passenger side since I have hit a pot hole it is clanking and is not quite right on the steering.
The car itself drives fine in general I have put around 35k in the last 10 months on the car.
