US: The Walking Dead Season 5 (contains spoilers)

Didn't like that one so much, like last season it goes downhill when they split the storylines (and the group) It loses something without Rick and/or Daryl for me.

You're a phony! A big fat phony!

Hey! Everyone! Eugene is a BIG FAT PHONY!

Can't say I was surprised at the 'reveal'.

Also did not understand why Mr Moustaches family were so scared of him? He killed some blokes but I assume it was for good reason?

Watching someone brutally kill four guys with a can of beans would be pretty traumatizing. Not to mention if the comic story was followed then..

rape was involved

So what's the deal with action man? Were they his family? Why where they mad he killed some folk, I'm assuming he was protecting them?

I was fully expecting bullet to this head when he kneeled down on the road, that was before it cut back to when he was going to do it ages ago.

I am not sure if that was hit family or just people he had met, it sounded like it was his family the way he spoke to them. Still pretty dumb that they ran off as would obviously die without his help. I guess that is part of his story, he went straight from that trauma to being manipulated in to a mission. Sounds plausible and the way he justified the lie was also quite reasonable. Saying that he wanted to get there anyway, even though he is not a scientists seems logical.

I hope they converge all the stories soon, as i hate not hearing about certain chars for weeks at a time. I wonder if they are still going to go to dc.

I took it as it was at the beginning of the outbreak, and his family hadn't clocked on to the brutality of the world they were now in, and thus didn't understand the necessity of his actions.

Good episode, if it hadn't been speculated on here that he was not a scientist, I wouldn't have got it. Obviously he didn't appear like a real scientist, but I assumed that was because this is an american TV show.

Awesome episode! Always love the "boring" comments yet......... the same people will still watch it next week and the week after that and the week after that! :D :D :D

Of course, because it isn't consistently boring. I just dislike the filler, but I guess that's to be expected from such a show.

Come on man, the mullet! As soon as they started speaking about it, I knew it would be confirmed lol.

Damn surprised Duke Nukem didn't blow that flabby faux scientists head off tbh, but now that that's out the way hopefully next week we can get back to Beths story as i really need to know why Carols just shown up on a gurney.

I was so surprised about Abraham. His backstory was something entirely new.

What I didn't quite understand why was his family was so afraid and leave, what did he do that was so bad?

That "horde" of walkers was crazy. All mulling around rotting  You would need a combine harvester to go through that lol

Why were they so concentrated in that area?..Is that a slaughter house in the background or something?

I've got a feeling mr scientist is dead.

The thing with Abraham,I'm wondering if he was abusive to them before the outbreak,They all seemed scared of him.

I suspect they knew he had no soul :D.

It looked like a farm so slaughter house could be right. Just with the amount there you'd have thought they'd have moved on by now. I thought the herd were going to hear Abrahams shouting and turn up.

I think he had a line in the episode along the lines of "they tell you killing never gets easier, but it's the easiest thing in the world" or one thing like that. That line along with the opening scene of him pulverising someone's face with a can of beans made me assume he'd probably gone from husband/father to merciless killer quite quickly and would probably kill for trivial reasons.

On the subject of the horde they encountered, it looked to me almost like a POW/concentration camp in appearance, some sort of initial attempt by the government to gather infected people together in the early days of the outbreak?
