Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

I hate some of the people playing this. Just had a game, one player sponging everything. Even the last kill (he got the last kill), he just walked straight through multiple shots from a teamate and then punched him.

I hope he walks under a bus, see if he can sponge that.
 
Well something was weird earlier. I was going +10 to 20 with kills, getting most captures winning most DOM games. People were dieing, I was having time to react and the game was pretty fun. Prior to this my k/d was under 1.0.

Sods law this is pre patch on XBone and will go belly up later. :P
 
Well, I'm done with this game.

I have pretty decent broadband and stupidly low ping on every single game I play, but call of duty manages to **** it up. I know when I'm crap and I know when I'm not, but piling half a clip into someone only for them to kill me in one shot is ridiculous. The lag is beyond a joke. How the hell games manage to get sold like this is beyond me.

Might stick it on the MM later.
 
Still good fun but as im a high rank etc Skill Based Matchmaking is destroying it slowly for me along with the connection issues. The update didnt do much at all in either of those departments.
 
I'm destined not to play this, never got on last night due to work and when I turned my PS4 on tonight to play I get a yell from downstairs that the washing machine is broken so I spend the next 2 hours lying on the kitchen floor trying to fix a bloody washing machine /sigh

Skill based matchmaking, not so much rank but stats, SPM/K/D and maybe rank does have a little involvement in who im playing against leading to rubbish connections and having to sweat every single game as apposed to playing people with varied abilities.

I want to play a variety of opponents did you not see that? But more importantly i want a smooth lag free connection whether thats playing better opponents or noobs.

It simply gets boring literally playing against yourself every game, even playing against someone who's really good and knows some really nice lines of sight, tactics what ever is fun because its informative, giving the odd team a tanning is fun, playing some close games against similar opponents is fun but playing the same sort of game EVERY game becomes dull.
 
No I'm not trying to twist it, it was in a sarcastic manner as everyone seems to moan about skill based MM because you don't go massively positive each game and it's more of a challenge.

After a couple of games I still feel duped against Johnny Foreigner, some Spanish Juan Pablo was untouchable.
 
I don't understand why stupid team mates keep trying to kill the invincible player. Everytime Horizon comes up, at least one person glitches behind the glass lift in one of the outer rooms. And everyone continually goes there to try to kill them :confused:.

Why bother? It's out of the way, you don't ever have to pass through and they will eventually come out if they aren't getting kills.
 
Played earlier and it didn't seem any different to me. One game I do fine and the next I can't kill anybody.
It's nice they've sorted out the camo's now. You now only need 50 long shot medals with AR's to get the 5 camo's. Much better than 500!
 
I wonder if my earlier run of decent games mean that my crap k/d has resulted me in eventually being matched up with rubbish players. If skill based match making actually exists - is it proven or just a theory?
