A lot of people seem to turn their headlight level to the highest setting. At that angle it's just as bad.
You mean the dial inside the car? All that does it lower the headlight beam, not raise it.

yeah, but not to sound pedantic the dial works both ways. to say it only lowers the headlights is incorrect. if the headlights are lowered then the dial will raise them. no?
