Help me go hands free!

Hi folks,

I currently have a Mk 4 Mondeo that has no built in hands free phone capability. I used to use the handfree function on my TomTom for the occasional call I needed to take, but since my job has changed I'm expecting to spend more time in the car and want something more fully featured and also safer!

I'm looking for the following

1) I want to be able to make and take calls on my Iphone 5S handsfree
2) I need to be able to do this with as little time hands off the steering wheel as possible.
3) I'd like the call to come through the car speakers and mute any music that was playing at the time.
4) I'd like to be able to scroll through numbers in my contacts easily if needed.
5) Ideally it would allow streaming of music/sat nav instructions from my phone too, but that is not critical

I have this head unit that I would be willing to replace if that helps.

Can anyone recommend what I should be looking at please?
 
Budget?

Parrot do kits which would wire into your stereo for about £100 but at £130 you could get a new Headunit with parrot built in or go the whole hog and get a double din touchscreen but they're about £300 for something half decent.

Agree with the above, the Parrot stuff just works and can usually be hidden away so it can only be seen when you want it to be, or in a discreet location.

Pretty reasonably priced too
 
The cheapest parrot hard wired works very well.

Thanks for letting us know it's a iPhone 5s, obviously advice would be different for any other phone.
