thoughts from guys getting early on ps4 ?![]()
So possible daft question but how accessible is this to someone unfamiliar with the franchise? I dabbled with the first game but life got in the way and I haven't really had the time to invest since but really like the look of this; Is there any way to get upto speed with the story so far (like the digital comic in mass effect) ?
Cracked and ended up buying from US store, good so far but only played a hour or so. But you can tell right off the bat its deeper than DA2.
Ran in to my first ingame glitch / bug. Hope this is only one of few

I briefly played the first 2 but didn't really get into them. This one has me hooked though! I didn't bother getting up to speed with the story and I don't feel like I'm missing anything.
I've put quite a few hours into it since Tuesday and still only level 8. I just can't put it down, even with the pile of other games I have to get through. Absolutely loving it
Anyone else find the combat to be a bit overwelming to start with? May be doing something wrong but it feels a bit messy to me! The first boss fight was all over the place but maybe im doing it wrong![]()
Not had any trouble yet, apart from the rift in the middle of the farm that for some reason has much higher mobs than anywhere else round there. Was too late before I realised, haha![]()
Exactly the same, playing on hard and even dropped the difficulty down to easy and still get the crap kicked out of me on the farm rift
Left after dying the 6/7th times to level up elsewhere and come back later.
The game is ******* huge, done about 6-7 hours and literally just scratched the surface on the first map!
Thanks for the replies. I didn't spot this earlier, I'll bone up on the backstory and pick up a copy on PS4 tomorrow. CheersThe Kotaku link that Benji provided is quite good for background.
