Fan Setup On 280mm Rad

Recently I have just purchased and Cooler Master Nepton 280l and have some questions about how I could set up my case and had a strange idea which I was wondering if it was even feasible, never mind beneficial.

I currently own a NZXT Phantom 530 case and if the tubing/fan headers allow I'm going to mount this at the front of my case as an intake with the whole unit on the inside of the case. As there is a cover on the front of the case there is space to house a 200mm fan (which is already there) so I was wondering if it would be possible to leave that there blowing into the 2x140mm fans on the rad?

So basically, if this would actually all fit together as I have it pictured in my head, would it grant any benefits or could it be detrimental to the airflow? Or could I have the 200mm as a push fan into the rad and then fit the 2x140mm fans on the back of the rad as a pull?

Just generally thinking out loud and would wonder if anyone with a bit more experience could shed some light on my ramblings :)

Why blow the hot air into the case 200mm fan set it as exhaust at the front, if there is a front dust filter take it out as well.

From what I've read it seems the best solution is to pull air from outside of the case which is cooler to cool the coolant through the radiator (That's a lot of cools in one sentence!).

I will have 2x200mm fans at the top of my case as exhaust as well as a 120/140mm fan at the rear as an exhaust too.

My question is in relation to mounting a 200mm fan on top of the 2 existing 140mm fans on the radiator and how this will impact the cooling for better or worse.
