I'm not complaining but what's with the significant price drop? Is something coming out soon? Or just weekend sales? I checked latest deals section but found nothing.

It was an admin error because when I refreshed the prices changed. Ah well life goes on xD

Keep an eye out for black friday deals - I saved over £300 IIRC on my PC build this time last year (thanks Gibbo).

Although the 970 is only £209.99 without the VAT the 290 can now be had at that price:
