The option is there for Naval Decks I've just checked.

So, people's opinions on this compared to ALB?

We have a group of us (3-5) who regularly play ALB against AI. Would Red Dragon be a +ve/-ve move do you think?

Do the naval units add to the game or just confuse the matter?

ps: It's on offer at the moment on Steam.

A group of us play it regularly and enjoy it. Note: We find naval battles utterly pointless!

Thanks Neil, I managed to get a steam code for all 3 for £9 so Im going to give it a go as I do like the look of it.

They play differently over the years... Individual units are more important in the new version. The older versions use to be more down to number of units!

I still play it now and then but we usually play European Escalation - the unit limits on Red Dragon make decent realistic tactics impossible to recreate.

For a £9 outlay for 3 games I am really impressed .... just what I was looking for

TBH, once you tried the most recent one, the old ones seem a little out of date IMHO...

But £9 for even the latest is great!
