This is rather uncomfortable viewing now. Race needs to fast forward to the end so Lewis can take the WDC before any further issues arise.

Pit radio - Engine power will be low because no turbo, will be difficult to pull away. Use same revs, but more throttle.

Yeah, managing temps on Rosberg's car before the pits as well, though in his case it's more rear brakes and making sure they don't have a problem.

I think that is one reason Hamilton was so slow, he probably also has his car setup to tell him lap diff with Rosberg, he may simply not have known how fast he should be going at the time he was losing out to Massa.

Probably second (to Hamilton if reliability was equal), but if Vettel was in a Merc I'd expect time to beat Riccardo.
