Aside from sex toys, what's the most embarrassing item(s) I can have delivered to colleagues home address in retaliation to a recent prank he's played?

Bearing in mind he lives with his parents and his dad is the director.
 
1. A subscription to a particular magazine.
2. Send around a barber shop quartet.
3. Send his dad a love letter.
4. Go to his door and propose marriage.
5. Sing a love song out loud from beneath his bedroom window.

Good idea but I'd go further & find myself a heavily pregnant woman to take round his during Sunday dinner. :D

Take aways, send round a dozen meals from various restaurants, plus a taxi or two in case he feels like sending them back.

Or write a letter addressed to him but put Mr [surname] on the envelope so his dad opens it, use your imagination, letter from a sex toy company responding to his complaint of "poor battery life" work be a start :P
