Amazon Black Friday Sales *NO COMPETITOR PRODUCTS TO BE DISCUSSED*

you do realise you're all impulse buying tat you have no real need for and wont use?

This is entirely incorrect apart from the emboldened statement.

I have been planning to buy a bottle of 21 year old El Dorado since last night, it is most certainly not tat and I will definitely 'use' it. :D

You're right though, I don't need it.

Sorry for going over the necessary food, heat and oxygen necessary to sustain my living.

In other news, may have purchased 2x 512gb SSD's.

I really didn't need that.

Or the bike

Or the USB,

Or the beard trimmer

Or the handbag

Or the mp3 player.

:D  :(

:D

Then again I didn't really need a GTX 780, Samsung Galaxy or any of the other **** I've purchased this week.

Ah well

(edit: I've already sold one of the SSD's so hey ho)

Got a Dremel Trio! Actually missed it but put myself on the wait list and then got it. £44.99, cheapest I can find elsewhere is £59.99 at Screwfix.

The Screwfix one is with a case attachments and stuff, the Amazon deal one was just the Trio from what I could see when I looked at it, if it had been under £40 I might have bought it, definitely have bought for £35 but £45 with no extras is pretty bad as the bits and pieces are quite pricey to buy extra.

I put a lot of things in my basket, 2 today.

Let them both lapsed because eventually I ask myself the question "do I need it?".

Same.
The thermometer and trainers.

What do people think normal sales are? Mostly tat as well. There are a few bargains, but just because they are bargains doesn't mean I'll buy it if I don't need/want it.

Even if people do buy a few bits that they regret afterwards, it's near Christmas so they can give it away as a gift.

They can always send it back within 14 days.

Seriously, the consumer can't really lose here. If you are silly enough not to do the research before and after then you have accepted the price paid and shouldn't grumble.

I went to look at the US Black Friday deals and was chuckling to myself at the amount of 'Dress up your dog' and Night-Vision Hunting Scopes there are on the Yank sales. :D

Tour Of Duty was a good deal especially as it has the original soundtrack which made the series :)

Wish I would have checked the upcoming deals earlier today, as I would have much rather have got that than the jumpers I bought while shopping. Nostalgia would have kept me warm :D.

:(, I really want the evolution mitre table at 8am, but the chances of me being awake then are slim. Cheapest I can see elsewhere is £49.99
