Amazon Black Friday Sales *NO COMPETITOR PRODUCTS TO BE DISCUSSED*

On the waiting list for that Bombay Bicycle Club album, much cheaper than I thought it'd be.

Also toying with that Champagne, I like the standard NV Pol Roger and that's £15 cheaper than anywhere else.

That's the thing which bugs me, it's utterly playing into the hands of what's a marketing ploy - nothing more.

If there is something you already were going to purchased & get it cheaper today - well done, but if you end up buying crap at hardly discounted prices you don't actually want or need (which you only managed to persuade yourself to do under the premise of the 'sale' then you've been had).

If it was desirable & up-to date stock which sold well it would not be in the sale, this is stock they can't shift - not prime merchandise up for demand (meaning it's likely to be on sale 90% of the time anyway).

So are you buying or just passing the time of day? ;)

I caved and got one of those Micro Drones, been eyeing them up in MenKind for £30-40, and I can only assume this one is better quality, looks like it.

99.9% of what I have seen is complete tat.

Anything decent is not on sale, managed to get a Kitchenaid for £350.00 which is hardly a huge discount - and that was from a local non chain store in the middle of nowhere.

Its all a bit of a ploy to sell off junk.

I think we all knew this before it started, it doesn't however stop us finding what we think is useful/good value to our eyes. It might be tat to you but gold to someone else.

Got a Sony 3D Blu Ray player for £50 and a bunch of Blu Rays to go with it. Can't wait to rewatch Guardians of the Galaxy next week.

If you want a micro drone, buy a Syma X4 or a Hubsan X4. The are the only ones worth buying. Both are about £25 and worth the money.
