So im stuck on the last bit that i almost forgot... Fans, Im after a quiet PC but dont mind a little noise when pc is working hard. Im using the NZXT H440 case that has some central fan controller thing so all the fans connect to one port on the mobo.

My choice of fans are

High Performance

Or Quiet Edition.

to begin with i will have a tripple and single 140 rad. so will i really need the high performance ? just cooling and 4790k and single 970 to begin with. 4790k hoping to go 4.9-5.0ghz i can get there with acceptable volts but my temps on the crappy cooler just climb too quick.

I used the below fans on all my rads. never regretted it.

Noiseblocker NB-eLoop Fan B12-3 - 120mm (1900rpm)

Got them connected to my controller at 800rpm or just under wisper quite and great performance.
