H100i vs H105 vs H110 for nzxt 440

Looking got one of these for my new build I got the mega bundle on Friday if you need to knw my components

This is my first time I've done a water heatsink also quiet is key for me

Do custom water or high end air then

The H440 is VERY restrictive on rads an air cooler would be better in that case.

Most builds and reviews I've seen all using water heatsinks and he airflow is quite restticted in the 440 meaning air cooling would be not as effective
