Really worried this could go either way.. They are also doing borderlands alongside this but that has got great feedback, which i didnt expect

Could be good, though I need some assurances that they've finally managed to produce a game that doesn't constantly stutter and suffer inexcusable performance issues throughout.

Same here! I dabbled in walking dead 1 but stopped half way and was never interested in going back or playing anything else from them. Its game of thrones that has me interested but will await reviews

I played Walking Dead 1 on the PS3 and thought it was pretty decent. Didn't bother with the sequels as I lost interest in the Walking Dead TV series. If they do this right, and put a decent story in this game, this could be very good imo.

I've watched the trailers, but still have no idea what type of game this is? Hack and slash with a lot of dialogue in between, or more of an interactive story?

Will be buying regardless, love GoT and it has Natalie Dormer in

Ever played TTG's Walking Dead / Wolf Among Us / Tales of Borderlands?

Basically like Monkey Island, interactive point and click adventure, story / dialogue driven with elements of decision making, the odd quick time and reaction button mashing.

As you've put it, interactive story.

Only thing with these sort of digital games is whether to buy now or wait for the inevitable price drop.

I will be getting mine from the US Marketplace (Xbox One) as the season pass should be cheaper. ($15 for Borderlands)

I imagine it wouldn't be that great if you haven't watched the show/read the books though.

I enjoyed it although the art style is nice it doesn't look so good when the camera is panning perhaps? Still fun to play through and I notice 6 episodes too this time!
