New bed time

oh30ub.jpg

I once knew a man called Ted
Who was too cheap to purchase a bed
Just a rug on the floor
Said he needed no more
Till he tripped up and fell on his head

Now that by itself was a fail
But sticking up from the floor was a nail
Jamming into his face
At a frightening pace
He let out a horrible wail

Blood all over the floor, bright red
He fell into a coma, now dead
Such stories are rare
But I just had to share
Lest they become far more widespread

Don't be Ted and die - buy a bed!

Time for a new bed. Thinking king size and divan

Where is best
What's best
Now or after Crimbo

Thanks

A bed shop
Whichever you find most comfortable
Probably won't matter in the grand scheme of things

You're welcome

I know people here will probably lambaste me for saying this because it isn't a £1000 gold encrusted mattress but I recently bought a sprung mattress from IKEA and it is the most comfortable nights sleep I have had in ages. That may say more about the POS mattress I had before but still, I think its great. Didn't break the bank either.

I would suggest a super king if you have space, 180cm x 200cm.

Ergo flex make very good mattresses, It will cost around £500.

As for the base its all down to looks and style so just pick what ever you like. Ikea do some ok ones at reasonable prices.

Save on the base and put it towards a better mattress; that's the bit you're actually going to sleep on for the years to come.

There's a severe shortage of new bed times going on here.

Please show me the bed times. I love bed times.

My bed time is usually between 10pm and 11pm. However, weekends could be 5am. I don't suggest 5am as a new bed time.
