Hi all was trying to factory reset but would not do it my grandson pressed F2 did something now after press boot up get message Enter Password this is the BIOS password I do not have tried Laptop name (bill) and windows pasword (simran3106) but still need BIOS pasword can any king person please help thanks in advance Terry :confused:

Not that this is going to help you with your issue, but do you really want to post your windows password in the clear on an internet forum?

Had the same problem same model quite a few years back...and fixed it with a bios reset.
