I live in France... wine is... EVERYWHERE!!!!! :eek:

What you should, most certainly, be more upset about... is me drinking red wine out of a white/rose glass... duhhhh :p

(only because I was drinking white earlier and didn't want to *cough ahem* force the wife to wash an extra glass (shock, horror!))

What would you prefer me to drink?

I do like the odd rum and coke... when I'm on a sugar binge :p

Haha you even own different style of glasses for different wine !! But you know what my missus drinks wine, you are a genius going toget her some wine glasses for Christmas :D to go with her 18 presents already haha.

And I drink lager me self lol

That's a very tidy bench/desk, and is that a 3x14 watt daylight lamp?
I've been looking at either one of them , or the LED version having been very impressed with it after seeing one in person the other week.

That's right, 3X14 watt daylight lamp. Excellent and not too costly at around £60 I think.

Yup... the glasses do genuinely affect how you perceive the flavour.

Red wine glasses should be quite a bit large than others so you can really get your nose in and get extra smelly things up your nostrils as you drink, amplifies the flavour.

White/rose, not such a big deal... so you can go with whatever simply looks appealing really.

Then with anything fizzy, you really want flutes as they have a positive effect on holding the bubbles in til you drink it...

Cheers, that sounds like a good price :)

I'm probably going to try for the LED version if I can persuade myself it's worth nearly twice the price. (I'm gradually going LED for pretty much every light in the house).
