Cheap cooler for Intel i5 4690k

Hi I'm considering getting a cheap cooler for this chip on a Z97 board. Looking for some small headroom to OC further down the line. Any recommendations (less than £20) ?

I am sitting at 4.6 with my 4690k under £25 worth of Hyper 212 Evo, temps are under 75c in RealBench

Noise is a simple case of fan speed dependant. Stock fan is pretty effective even at slow (quiet) speeds

In comparison to stock or Hyper 212? I'm under the assumption 4670k and 4690k fans are the same. I could be wrong.

Still vouching for the Arctic Cooler Freezer pro 7, but I got mine silly cheap years ago, OcUk has bumped the price up a little bit since then.

The Themis stock 120 fan is decent. Intel cooler works, but noisy and not suitable for clocking at all imho

Same fan or same cooler?

212 is quieter than stock cooler.

A general rule of thumb is the bigger the cooler the better the cooling and the slower the airflow through it needs to be to maintain the same temperature as a smaller cooler. Slower airflow means slower fan speed means less noise.
