Ok so I rarely drink and people I socialize with don't either so I'm here for some advice.

As in the title I need to get 20 litres of whiskey. I'd like to get something semi decent but not too expensive, maybe 15£ a bottle.

Where would be the cheapest place to buy and what brand seems to be the most popular?

I need to get it before March next year so I'm guessing it would be cheaper after new years?

Alcohol is cheaper this time of the year as every where are doing specials just be Christmas.

Aldi has good offers on good brands from time to time; I can remember one year my brother brought home a box of 6 single malt whiskey from work (when he used to work there). Can't remember what brand but it was a major label and good.

You really need to be more specific about what you want. "Whiskey" is a pretty broad title, what and who do you need it for?

Sainsburys currently have White & Mackay for £15 for a litre bottle, but it's only six bottles per customer, and while it's not whiskey it is whisky.
