Hi All,

So previously I was on dual SLI on my old mobo which was fine. I decided to get a third 770 GTX and the mobo mentioned in the title of this thread.

Me being an idiot, didn't check if they would fit....which all three don't. The top slot covers the second.

So my question is, which graphics card fit in tri SLI on this board?

I just started a thread in the graphics card forum about swapping the heatsink on my current cards to ones that are double slot.

Apparantly the reference design 770 heatsinks fit, as well as the titans so that could be an option :)

Only problem would be finding these heatsinks for sale anywhere but I would hope that because a lot of people watercool they may be willing to sell :)
 
For the cost of 3x after market heat sinks you could sell all 3 GTX770's, add the money you was going to spend on coolers and buy 2, maybe even 3 GTX 970's.
 
Good point! Im not looking at aftermarket, im looking for peoples old heatsinks off different cards that they may not use anymore due to watercooling etc.

Its just an idea, but I have a few other parts to sell as well so may well get different cards.

I have put my old mobo/psu and all three cards up for sale so that cost should cover 2x970's or something. Just going to gauge interest anyway

that's true. The bottom card would be fine, good spot.
