aorus x3 review

Hey All,

Been using the Aorus extensively for the last few months. Great Laptop BUT THE WIFI ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.

Wifi will drop randomly, despite updated drivers. Even more interesting, I purchased a Wifi USB Dongle, and disabled the onboard wifi, to use the Dongle (Cisco AC Wifi). Worked great for a few days, then began disconnecting as well!

I bought another dongle - Dynamode. SAME PROBLEM!

These disconnects happen at home, in the office, when I travel at hotels, so its not a router issue.

WTF is wrong with this laptop and wifi?

Can we get Aorus involved?

Hi VasFURY,

Yes Aorus are involved, we have forwarded the thread to HQ. From what I have seen so far I think there may be an issue with your unit and it may need to come back for analysis and repair.

We will post again once we have solution for you.

Does early 2015 mean somewhere in the first three months or January (next couple of weeks)?
I am very close to get a Schenker or GS60 with a 970m.....
