32in TV as monitor

sure why not ? if its got a VGA or better still HDMi you can make it a second screen no problems. I wouldnt advise using it as a primary display, the resolution im guessing is 1080p or less and input lag on TV's ( especially samsung) is higher than you would be with a proper monitor.
Would hate to see how big the font is going be if using it at a normal desktop viewing distance...

32 inch 1080p is unusable at normal monitor distance, you can see the screen door effect, tv's also tend to have worse input lag than monitors unless you get lucky
