Just got home from work. I live on the second floor of a tiny apartment block (6 flats) and as I walked up the stairs, I noticed a bit of an odd smell, which became clear as I got to my floor. I noticed two mobile phones lying on the landing of my floor, and there were two dude sutting there bare feet, high as kites.

Now one of the flats has a young lady in it who often has a bit of the class A as we've noticed her friends come and go at stupid hours and very obviously under the influence.


She must've not been home as these idiots were just chilling there. They greeted me as I went past, but I just ignored them. Last time I dealt with this was in a different property and that guy literally flew out the building, my wife said she's never seen me that angry.

So what do I do? Fling these guys out as well? Call the fuzz? It's in a private property so they could be classed as trespassing but the fact that I know they're here for the aforementioned junkie chick means I might have to put up with it.

Any suggestions?
 
Yeah just call the fuzz on the non emergency number.

oR deal with it because they might work it out and smash your door down a few days later

Hmm eithr this, or douse them in petrol and suggest they don't rturn.
Glad i don't have such issues, the keyboard warrior in me, wouldn't have a clue with how to deal ith the fallout from whatever course of action.
 
We had the same issue in my stair but up here in Scotland we deal with as it should be dealt with and no we did not invite them in for tea and scones.
 
Honest man you need to chill out, sat night/sun morning people on the high as you call it is just the way it is, a bit of dope maybe coming down off a few pills, yeah it's life, don't get wound in it to much if you don't like it.:)
 
Explain that you have a special skill-set and if they mess with you, you will find them and you will kill them.
 
I had this once, communal flats with a big landing, 2 junkies sitting there getting high.

I just said that I don't care what they do but to please not do it in front of my door when I have children in the flat. They seemed fine with this and went away.

I was expecting a slightly different outcome which was a huge surprise. The must have been really chilled out!

Call the police on the non emergency numbers would be what I would do. Either that or talk to them. You have to assess the situation as you see it tbh.
