I found some at Azeban city in Eranin yesterday if that helps.

Not entirely sure of your logic there. I use the word logic loosely of course.
What you are saying in an attempt at awesome sarcasm, would kind of work if I said I liked Elite but I didn't like everyone shooting at me. Which of course, I didn't. I merely pointed out that I didn't like one part of it that I happen to find really annoying. It's not the "annoying AI trying to shoot me all the time" that bothers me.

Interdictions still occur, however, in Solo mode at least, they have reduced dramaticly, in Beta / Gamma, I was being interdicted on average once per trip, now, maybe 1 in 10.
Same here in open online. It annoyed me in the beta that literally every time I tried going anywhere there was an interdiction, now much much less often.
so loving ED... still early days for me, got a hauler and was about to make a run with a full load of silver (12 tons), and my entire fortune invested in there.... cue me coming back from pub after 4 pints thinking i could make a quick trade run .. not quite sure how i managed it, but got dragged into the mavity well of a star... and exploded...
so back down 1k credits, but at least i had insurance cash and got the hauler back..

Ouch. I have had a couple of emergency stops, but not managed to loose my ship... yet...
My insurance is currently at close to 700,000 credits, so I try and tread carefully! Well, as carefully as you can when bounty hunting
Do we need to get a CMDR list going? Either in the OP or hosted elsewhere which we can link to? Be nice to have more OCUKers on my friends list who aren't in PAGAN 
Thanks to those who suggested getting an improved fuel scoop. got an A-class last night and it helped tons. Sadly I let my mate try out the game and I'm skint again so may have to wipe that save for about the 10th time!

Hi all, long time lurker but recently been getting into Elite. Slow start and just been running some missions, bit of bounty hunting to get some cash and now into a cobra.
Jumping around to find equipment for it but can't for the life of me find any C2 gimballed multicannons. I mainly float around Federation space but will travel to get some Has anyone come across these or know of a good 'go to' type of station for this kind of equipment?

You need the A14 Bury St Edmonds to Felixstowe mod, constant interdictions on that section
Got ED on Saturday, and I have to say I'm really having fun, not rushing, feeling my way in and pottering with a few low value cargo runs within my starting system, great atmosphere. It's also been great to dust off the X52 and put my TrackIR to proper use again and will add Voice Attack in a bit
Yeah I think this will be a slow burner for me, it looks great and the ship handling is really nice so I'll pick up for a few hours here and there and wait for more content to show up.

Unfortunately..i'm being critical because i want to buy it...the depth of the combat and atmosphere seem absolutely amazing...but cant afford it atm (christmas overspending) every video i see makes me want it more...i hate you Braben. Well itll be a nice present for me in New year (Elite and a hotas)
