RMA'ed something back to Overclockers yester, I was notified that they had received it early today and that it can take 5 days to TEST ETC before a refund can be issued.
Just received a further email to say that indeed the refund had been processed and would be in my account in due course.
Just wanted to post public thanks for the ease and speed and efficiency of the whole process. Other similar companies please take note.
PS I looked for an alternative sub forum to put this in but could see nothing suitable under OCUK customer Service..
