£17.25 month for EE home broadband including line rental. Not sure if I get free weekend calls also but never use the landline phone so don't know.

I've been with Tiscali, O2, and TalkTalk before EE and I always seem to get the same low speeds. Think it is something to do with my line between the exchange.

No idea as the missus pays it. Virgin 150mb and it's 95% stable throughout the year.

Can't get a BT line on our end if the street so options are limited. I think 7 different engineers have been out overy the past 4 years. Phone doesn't take incoming calls, can only dial out.

£0 - no line rental or anything, comes free with apartment rent. Great for general browsing and gaming but terrible for downloading

Virgin media had the cheek to upgrade my broadband speed for free a couple of months ago and then send me a letter recently announcing that my bill was going to increase by £4, so they can keep providing my service. Already feel like im being robbed paying £44 for what is currently showing at 80mb down, 6mb up + phone line. Now that'll be more like £50.

£2.99 for the broadband and due to paying up front the line rental was £9.99.

So technically £12.98 per month.

We only get about 6-7MB, seems we are fair far away from the exchange thing!

This is the kind of thing I'm on too. Specifically some cowboys called Pop Telecom. I say cowboys because it took nearly 3 months to get set up. Works out as £11 a month though (all in!) for:

Can't complain about the value for money. (Says Talktalk so must be reselling.) Obviously games take some time to download, but leaving it going for an hour here or there is no problem. Usage is a decent 100 GB/month.

Split between me and two other guys, no idea specifically about cost as I just pay him xxxx for all bills, but it's awful when we get throttled

We were talktalk but kept losing connection and they were useless at trying to rectify the issues.

New on plusnet, which seems to be much more stable... Still similar speeds tho.
