I bought one of the OcUK Fathom watercoolers when they were being sold, which uses a CoolerMaster Eisberg pump/res block.

The rad was slightly too wide to fit my case at the time, so I saved it for a future build. I totally forgot about it and uncovered it the other day. Going to use it in a mini PC now.

There is quite a lot of air in the tubes, so I guess I need to top it up. I have the bottle of mayhems it came with, but I'm not sure how to do it. The fill port is on the pump block, but surely when I unscrew it the coolant will spill out? The tubes are higher than the port so I'm not sure how this is meant to work.

I'd say go about it outside the case- hold the CPU block above the rad and starting topping it up. Bleed it outside as well and then install like an AIO.

Off topic note here but in case someone is looking it up, the new Fractal Kelvin AIOs are very similar and will need the same method. Except that it's supposedly expandable (I got doubts on that pump) and so it will be a lot trickier/messier.

Bleeding is essentially letting the air out. As you let the pump run, the air will travel and stay at the top most point creating an air pocket. Move the AIO around so there is a port at the top most point which you can open to release the air.

Ah I see, thanks. There isn't really a top point on the Eisberg though, as the tubes point upwards. No matter how much I bend them there is still liquid in them at a higher point than the fill port.
