alternative pain management

Lol

I gave you exactly what you asked for. It's not my fault if you assumed it was something else. And when for the record salivary inhibition is a pretty big thing and is a precursor for quite a few nasty infections.

So next time you assume something maybe don't put lol because you assumed wrong on two things. So really the lol is on you now isn't it.

How does having a dry mouth impair you from driving? and what has a diagnosis for some nasty injection have to do with cannabis dry mouth?

Guys apparently cotton-mouth can be deadly, be careful lol

Next time when you see my name and im talking to someone else... Dont feel the urge to jump in... your input is not wanted, it doesn't interest me however good your google skills are. I keep running into you and to be quite honest im sick of your attitude.

Anyway enough talk about driving impairment that really is a deviation from the main talking point. The topic is about a legal natural remedy for pain.

I still believe this to be a possible solution for my mum but it's hard convincing her as obviously this subject has a lot of stigma attached to it. She didn't say no so i've some more research and persuading to do. At the very worst it doesn't work for her but at least no harm will be done. :)

I think the thing to do with your mum is just to get her to try it and see how it works for her. The stigma of an illegal drug needs to vanish; evidently scaremongering by the government over all these years has worked.

They still haven't released the damn thing. I want one!!

Yeah man i think that is what's it going to come down in the end. Waiting for the release myself.

I wonder how much the prefill cartridges are going to cost .. the unit you get comes with one prefill cartridge at cost of 49€.

Aww you sound like a great friend. I have the same thing but react badly to any prescription drugs I've had, most only work slightly and create far more issues than they solve.

I don't know how I feel about this form of pain relief, but I would give it a go if it became a legal option.

when I first read that, I thought by 'they' you meant fibro patients, and that if they made the effort to be more active then they would experience less symptoms...... :(

then I read it again!

Lol, it's something that has been suggested to me, maybe if I tried harder I would be able to do more stuff

Fortunately medical professionals have introduced me to the concept of pacing, and I'm following their instructions rather than laypeople who don't understand.

I contacted the Home Office to find out if they considered this to be legal (to buy and or use) or not and after being told twice that the correct department would be dealing with this and now waiting almost a month for any reply, there's been no word.. I gather then that they don't know how to answer me, so...... anybody else want to try? Or do we just consider it then to be legal, for now?

:(

If people are benefiting from smoking cannabis then they should be allowed to purchase medical cannabis, even with THC in it. They already do this in 50% of the states in the USA. There has been stories about children going through chemo that have benefited from it, people with terminal illness that can live a normal life because of it. How can they just refuse it too people on fallacious grounds that are not based in any factual evidence just non sense studies and circular arguments. Prohibition of cannabis specifically causes far more harm than good. If it was made legal it could be age restricted and sold through registered dispensaries and it would create a million dollar industry and boost jobs and increase tax, double win for them.

Why bother even contacting them?! There are many people taking THC illegally who they never catch, they're not going to catch you smoking a vapouriser that doesn't even get you high. Old man, speaking from experience of this, don't worry :) the only way the police can really catch you is if they catch you in the act, they smell it, or you look messy....they're not going to manage any of those things from a virtually odourless and non-red eye causing vapouriser :)

I agree, but I for one would really like to know why it is so hard to get an answer to my question about the legality of using this product. The other question though I have is about any possible health risks there are when using the e-cig? In my case, I need an alternative to the morphine I take for my arthritis, etc... but I do wish for this to remain within the law. I should have stayed in California, but hey we all make mistakes.

I think they haven't actually managed to determine the legality to be honest! Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question about e-cigs.

I really doubt it'll be strong enough to replace morphine, but I'm not surprised you want it. If you made the effort, I'm sure you could find cannabis elsewhere.

There has been many discussions of late about being able to use Marijuana E-Cigarettes to help in dealing with pain in the UK and it "looks" like things are changing for the better.

NOTE: The psychoactive ingredient THC has been removed, so individuals will not get the high from this. 0[/URL]

so you get the sleepyness without the actual buzz.... pfft

Why is THC evil? it gives you the awesome chilled out high.

Depends on what you are looking for...............

I want the pain relief without the high, so for that, this product is very good or at least a step in the right direction.

Yes, you feel more relaxed...

I am curious as to the quality of the plants used, as 5% is fine if the quality is good, so it should be interesting to see if this product is worth the money.
