Sure...
I have had two faulty SSD's, accepted a replacement the first time, requested a refund the second time, OCUK claim their was nothing wrong with the item even though I have proof from the manufacturer confirming the fault and telling me to RMA the item.
I requested refund for the faulty item as is my legal right, but instead OCUK decided to engage in a distressing game of postal tennis.

Which has resulted in me taking legal action via my credit card company.
Let alone the fiasco I am having regarding 2 x GTX 970's with coil whine and faulty VRAM, which I returned after 3 days, and appear to be having the same problem.
As a disabled person suffering from dyspraxia, I have found the coil whine unbearable and OCUK's behaviour very upsetting and distressing. Their opinion of 'acceptable' is irrelevant unless they are blatantly discriminating against my disability. Not to mention the fact the GFX cards appear to have faulty VRAM which they didn't even test for.

This has put a serious dampener on my Christmas plus my Birthday which is Saturday, as one of the 970's was meant to be a present from my Wife!
Seriously out of pocket, very upset and distressed and no Birthday present.
Just glad I never purchased the 28"-32" 4K G-Sync monitor I was going to buy myself, as I feel that could have been another £1,000.00 nightmare if something went wrong!
