I know you have a lot on your plate, but could we please schedule my review?
Our CTO left middle of this year, and I basically took on all of his management tasks such as sprint planning, process improvement for development and running project management meetings etc. So yes, my role and responsibility has changed massively since I started.
But as for what I can expect, I have no idea really as it would be my first pay review and the contract doesn't state what it will be or what it's based on.


Formula for success
1. Become indispensable in your current job within 12 months
2. Apply for other job after 18-24 months
3. Get an high offer based on over-playing your CV
4. Leverage this to get a pay-rise or join the new company
Rise and repeat until you retire.
This is how every successful person has climbed up the corporate ladder.
