Seriously? If it was official I would have said sky/bbc etc.

If it is not official I would not use MI5, DCRI, NSA, Mossad or indeed, Jean Cerf; I would use "my source"

What's Jean doing in Birko?

What I find concerning is that there are numerous no-go zones for non Muslims in France (and other parts of Europe) in effect, a country within a country, it has it's own Sharia law in place and the authorities have all but given up entering these parts of the country.

I'm not saying for certain that this is a breeding ground for terrorists but It surely is a concern.

Our French warehouse is very close to what is happening to the 2 brothers, just a 4 mile drive up the N2, very close to where the car was hijacked. It's pretty scary for them, I guess they're a little relieved they made it further down the road as it's easily the largest building around!

It's abhorrent what is going on, and RIP to those that have lost their lives so far.

Interesting video statement from the Lebanese arm of Hezbollah

Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the Lebanese Hezbollah group, has made a statement via video link, saying that Islamic extremists have insulted Islam and the Prophet Muhammad more than those who have published satirical cartoons mocking the religion.

He did not make a specific reference to the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris but referred to Islamic State militants in Syria and Iraq, saying they had done more harm to Islam than anyone else in history.

Especially interesting considering some of Hezbollah's history in relation to the concept of moderate Islam

Like I said, there are 2 extremes here:

1) Islam is the route of evil
2) Islam is amazing and never does anything bad

You're the latter, but being programmed from birth makes it difficult for you to see this.

So your talking out your arse? you have no facts to back up your claims :o a typical bigot.

I get the feeling after this the authorities will be going through these places like a dose of salts.

Can anyone give me a jist of what this article says? Seems one of the suspects in the grocery store has been in the public eye before.

EDIT - possibly a different person with the same name?

No idea if it's the right dude but it's saying this guy along with 9 others met the (at the time) French president to help engage with young people about employment. Says he was happy to meet him, jokes he won't know what to say and took some photos to sign for his family
