Ducky Shine 3 LEDs...

So I bought the blue LED cherry mx blue ducky shine 3 from overclockers just under a year ago and it seems one of the LEDs has stopped working.

The key that is not lit is the Pause (REC2) key. I only noticed it yesterday. I have tried resetting the keyboard by holding the windows keys and it still will not light up.

Should this key light up? I just wanted to make sure as it is still in warranty but I dont want to lose it.

Edit: F9 key LED has stopped working too

Ok thanks, do you know if there are any other ways that I can check that is it dead?

I have tried resetting the keyboard and tried different backlight settings.

Hi, I have a ducky shine 3 also and about 8 keys LED's are now dead.

I have tried resetting it and updating firmware but it hasn't helped.

I got a ducky shine S on release and half my numpad leds are gone

(blue leds) I recall there being a mod to replace the leds, could look into that if you aren't under warranty.

My DS3 (green LEDs) is also just under a year old. The = key LED has been dead for some time now, and now the 1 key LED has died.

I assume I am entitled to a replacement, but if I decide to go for that, do I contact Ocuk or Ducky?

The figure that's generally quoted is 50,000 hours.
