It looks like the book from your link is released 23/01, not the game.

Interesting that they are working on that at the same time as Atilla, I have very limited resources I can access at work but looks to have been leaked. Hope they don't mess it up like 90% of other Warhammer games and like the launch of Rome 2

Umm no it isn't, you mean the art book. I would be very surprised if the game comes out this year.

Only really interested if the lineage part where you have a ruling family etc is somehow back in. I missed this a lot in Rome 2 for some reason!

It's rather deep to be honest. There is a good wiki (Lexicanum) that might help. It's mostly typical fantasy stuff (Orcs, Goblins, Dwarves, Knights, Elves etc) but it's a pretty interesting world.
