Member since Jan 2014, registered as a business user, only has 2 feedback, one buying and one selling, the item he sold is a jpg for 0.01. He does accept paypal.

Can i link the auction? It's a tv bed and the seller is called chucotta.

Alarm bells are ringing but surely i'm protected by paypal?
 
Sounds dodgy.

Paypal always side with the buyer if anything goes wrong. You will get your money back but might be waiting a while.

Up to you if its worth it.

Agree with this.

It's a bit of a risk but if you can afford to pay a little bit more and can find something similar somewhere else then it's worth considering doing that. Paying a little more for piece of mind is always an option that is worth considering. :)
 
It is possible that the item that arrives will be poor quality/damaged/not as described and PayPal will expect you to return it at your cost.. I would leave it.
