Well Siver was a pointless opponent, he was knackered by the end of the 1st.

In fairness to him it must take it out of you being constantly punched and kicked in the face! :D

Always though Siver was a dangerous enough opponent but Connor took him apart in that first round!

Yeah that cut is nasty, glad Cerrone beat Bendo though and the Mcgregor fight was a walk in the park certainly excited for Aldo V McGregor.

Rumble and Gus is this week right? Cant wait for that.

Siver was fed to the Wolves the whole aldo thing at the end of the fight looked so staged

Yep that's this weekend :)

I would have loved to have seen a close-up of Dana White's face if the unthinkable had happened and Siver had won, he'd probably have had a heart attack. After the UFC's poor year last year, so much is being put on McGregor.

McGregor did totally outclass Siver. We all knew this would happen. I love McGregor but the hype train needs to take a step back. Clearly the hype is forced and it's only going to get bigger especially with the title fight. Aldo is going to be a lot harder than McGregor things and i do think the whole ring escapade etc was to get into Aldo's head. Think it backfired though with the smurks in return :D .

McGregor has CV on his side though but its going to be all kicks.

Main card starts at 1am on BTsport 1

Surprised to see Cro Cop signed back with the UFC. He's 40 years old now, has been fighting for a long time and his last stint in the UFC didn't go too well. He must be nuts. Going to be nasty watching him get viciously KO'd again.

Reading between the lines I'd say it was more of a "we don't want you to fight for Bellator" deal rather than a "we want you to fight for the UFC" deal!

Nice name to throw onto a card for nostalgia but I'm not looking forward to him being battered!

Not sure how i see McGregor vs Aldo, I dont think McGregor has fought anyone quite like Aldo and i think his leg kicks and octagon control is something McGregor wont no how to deal with. I like McGregor and hope he wins but i dont think he's as ready as he says he is and i think Aldo will beat him.

Cro-Cop to headline the Polish UFC event against Gabriel Gonzaga apparently - I was there when Gonzaga almost took his head off in Manchester back in 2007 and while it was a shock result back then, I can't see Cro-Cop getting his revenge after all this time! (hope I'm wrong tho!)

some odds...

4/1 against Hendo :o thats gotta be worth a couple of quid for him to win, and tbh he only stands a chance of winning via KO/TKO imo, he wont have the work rate V's Mousasi to win by decision or submission,
and the odds on Hendo winning via KO/TKO are ~8/1

Really only care about the Gegard v Hendo and Rumble v Gustafsson fights on this card. Not sure I'm going to be able to stay awake long enough for them.
