long time since i watched corrie.
I was surprised to hear of this, almost as surprised as I was to see it as headline news and apparently leading all of tomorrows papers....
I've not watched Corrie for years and to me at least this isn't IMO the big news story the media seem to think it is.
Still, its undoubtedly sad, I recall her of old, I'm old enough to remember the "Ken affair" etc (1983 iirc)

Every newspaper is simply saying she had a 'short illness', but The Sun newspaper reported last night that it was a brain tumour.
Not sure if that is accurate, though.

Which it can be.
Just because you have a brain tumour it doesn't mean you know about it until it's too late.

My point was really that none of the papers had any details on the cause of death or chose not to publish them so the sun saying it was a brain tumour seemed odd.
IE could be the sun have made it up or used a less reliable source of info.
Ok. Actually I couldn't give a flying crap when she, or any old person dies. It does not affect me in any way. That better?

The Sun exclusive interview with Bill Roache talked about Anne Kirkbride told Anne was an alcoholic and not touched alcohol for over 30 years as she was on anti-depressant drugs all her life. On Friday 3 days before her death, Anne had a stroke caused paralysed down her left side then she admitted to hospital to have a scan revealed she had brain tumour that caused stroke and also breast cancer and left lung cancer she don't know she had cancers.
I realised it was all down to anti-depressant drugs she took all her life are the main causes of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, neck cancer, brain tumour, breast cancer and lung cancer. I am surprised she was not suffered pains from brain tumour, breast cancer and left lung cancer until the end of her life.
