Sorry for the spec me post again. I've had the money for a while but my wife convinced me to clear out the storage room built into the house. To use it as a gaming room and area where I can tinker. So it has taken a few weeks to complete. I'll post before and after pics in a different thread.

I'll be buying a new PC very soon. I already have the budget for a monitor. So what should I buy?
Graphics card will be the kfa2 GTX970 OcUk Card.

I'm liking 24", slim bezel.

Or the Dell. Will 8ms response time be in issue in games.

Both lack DVI-D, would I have any problems with HDMI scaling with either of the above and the graphics card.

Last option is,

With DVI-D, under budget but out of stock.

Is there better value for money, better spec, closer to budget.

Could I go 27", in budget and not lose to much picture quality.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: didn't take much notice at first, spotted 144hz and assumed over budget, without looking at the price.

Thanks for the link, +£200 discount tells me it's a bit more than a missing cable or slight scratch. May be ex-display with lots of hours. At that discount and 90 day warranty, no thanks not if I'm parting with £200.

May be I'm wrong, it dosent sit right with me, b-grade case or keyboard I may take a punt. On a £50 item I'm not a Bothered.

On that budget I would either go for a 144hz 1080p 24" for gaming or a imported 1440p and overclock it but might be slightly overbudget.
