MSI 280x gaming - Artifacts

Card runs at stock settings on the rest of my sig.

I'm getting artifacts when I play FM2014, when I watch youtube clips and BF4 has become unplayable due to flashing lights on the screen.

I got a new power supply last week thinking it might help but no.

I've tried to up the voltage, under volt it, run it in another PCIe slot all to no avail. It was bought here in Jan 2014 but is a week out of the usual 12 months from OCUK. What can I do?

It should still be in warranty, ask in CS.

Battlefield artifacts - Is this normal?

I only managed to grab my phone camera for the last couple of seconds....this CAN'T be normal? I'm trying to rotate the video as it's upside down in the clip.
