My front passenger side tyre has dropped from 1.8 to 0.8 bar - could this be due to the cold? I'm assuming its a slow puncture as the others have only dropped by a bit but it has been very cold lately.

Have pumped it up and will check pressure in the morning.

Tyre pressures WILL drop in very cold weather, but not by anywhere near that amount. You're losing air from the tyre.

Be careful with the valve, I had a slow leak on a bike once, finished work, flat tire, looked it over but couldn't find anything in it... prodded the valve and the valve split and collapsed to the side!

If it does that whilst driving you'd be in trouble

Quite. My cousin died last week because his tyre gave out and he hit a tree. Sadly that is a true story. Fix it.

Mine drop by 2 or 3 psi over night if it's really cold until there back up to running temp according to the tpms

Very sorry to hear that. Its a very sobering knowing that something like this can have such tragic consequences.

Thanks. I didn't know him, only met him once in my life, but Mum was torn up by it :(

He lived in Australia and sadly the trees are very big and very solid and help takes a long time to arrive over there. :(

Glad you are getting them sorted Amleto, apologies, I read it as though it had been like it for ages and you were living with it, clearly that is not the case. :)
