I want to get two of the Vapor X's on this site but I cant stand large cases. What is the most compact case that will fit two of these cards?

urgh. i wouldnt. those cards vent their hot air into the case. and given that matx mobos don't have sufficient space between them. the cards will cook.
i'd suggest you get rear-exhaust cards instead, if you want to go matx. else, watercooling.

Best air flow case I've seen is the Corsair Air 540. I don't think there's much else which has an uncluttered clean flow path for the air. Not sure how the stock fans perform, but could easily add some more powerful ones if necessary. Smart looking case too. I don't know if this is compact enough for you, but if not there's always the Air 240 MATX case, which is essentially the 540's baby brother.

I was looking at the 240. Is this enough air flow for those cards?

This. Also not only that but it will cut down overclocking to nothing even if it does work.
