GTX780 Full cover block.

Cool, when you are set on the specific card you want, just go and check on coolingconfigurator.com to make it a 100000% sure :)

i was looking for a clear acrylic block for 780, there so hard to find the full cover version, i know you do the frosted one on the site, but i dont like the circles, cant you do a special run on them. lol :)

didnt you do a clear xxl, GTX TITAN SE FULL COVER EK NICKEL WATERBLOCK that fits gtx 780 ref design.

Yes but this block reach it's EOL (End Of Life) when the 780Ti GPU's were released since it wasn't compatible with them and we made the 780Ti block compatible for the 780, 780Ti and the Titan.

so why dont you make another run of them, not everyone can afford a new card, i bought a 780 8 months ago and my upgrade was to watercool it, i will just look for second hand one im sure someone will be selling one. :)

Why not buy a CSQ frosted block and polish it if you're after a full size block? or is it entirely the circles that you hate? They look pretty tidy polished mind you.

Sorry but when a block is flagged EOL it's over. And we already have a full cover block which by definition is something that cools the GPU and the VRM at the same time. They might not cover the whole block but they do the job they were made for.

The extra plexi is only there for an aesthetical point of view.

yes i understand that , just dont like the raw board showing off the end they just look a little better with the other one, its ok no problem.:)

Related question aimed at EK Luc - sorry to thread jack.

Does anybody have dimensions for the EK 780 Ti Acetal block, specifically how far the port terminal at the top protrudes from the PCB? I'm about to pull the trigger on a project in a heavily-modded In Win 901 and will be bringing my existing Titan over, and I need millimeter precision on my measurements to know if this is gonna work or not.

Cheers

I was just looking through your Evolv build log and it's fantastic. I think though the dual terminal block you're using is the same height as the standard terminal block, so I'm after 2 measurements:

1: top of the PCB to the top of the terminal
2: bottom of the PCB to the top of the terminal

Essentially I need to know how far does a GPU with waterblock stick out from the motherboard when fully assembled.

Cheers.

Top of PCB to top of dual terminal is a inch or just over 25mm.

Best I can get for bottom edge of PCB of video card is 123mm-124mm but hard to measure when all fitted. I cant measure the original terminal bit as its been packed away as moving house Friday. Have dropped you a trust message.
